Terms of use for the NicFollow service

This is a courtesy translation. The Turkish version is the legally binding one.

These terms govern the use of the nicfollow.com service. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. The service is provided by: GNR Tech Yazılım ve Dijital Hizmetleri.

Scope of the service

• NicFollow regularly looks up the registration data of the domains you add from the registries (RDAP and WHOIS).
• It sends notifications through the channels you choose when the expiry date approaches, when the domain's drop stage changes or when the domain becomes available.
• NicFollow is not a domain registrar. It does not buy or renew domains, and it does not act on your behalf.

Free plan and limits

You can track up to 100 domains on the free plan. Because of the query limits set by registries, lookups may be queued, especially for .tr extensions. Plan limits and features may change with prior notice. If paid features are added, your existing usage on the free plan will not be made paid without notice.

Accuracy of information

The dates and statuses shown are based on data published by the registries. Estimated release dates are calculated from periods that can vary by registrar and are not guaranteed. NicFollow cannot be held liable for losses arising from notifications not arriving or arriving late, or from a domain not being renewed. We recommend turning on auto-renewal at your registrar for your critical domains.

Your obligations

• You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential.
• You may not use the service to run bulk queries with automated tools, to exceed registry limits or to harass others.
• If use for unlawful purposes is detected, the account may be suspended or closed.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. How your personal data is processed and deleted is explained in the Privacy notice.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be sent to your registered email address.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Contact: [email protected].
